Shiva Lingam are a Sacred stone of the Indian Hindu Religion. They are found in only one place in India-in the Narmada River in Onkar Mandhata-one of India's most Holy sites. Each year at a certain time, these stones wash up on the shore and are gathered up by the villagers who smooth and polish them. The Shiva Lingam stone is composed of crypto-crystalline quartz from the riverbed and has very powerful energy!
These stones are often used in meditation.
