Raz Chair is in Good Condition, functions great.
*Has some signs of use including soap/hard water stains, minimal rust in small areas.
*Does NOT include footrests
Seat Cushion and Back Rest are in Good Condition, no tears or signs of wear.
Backrest has
adjustable tension fabric back upholstery and can be removed easily for washing.
Tilting mechanics and wheels function smoothly.
5" Caster wheels each have locking brakes, in good working condition
Head rest and Arm rests are in Good Condition, no tears or signs of wear.

eadrest support can be adjusted infinitely forward and backwards within a 5½” range, and vertically within a 11½” range
Rear handles are in good condition
Safety Straps which buckle around the person are in good working condition, some signs of wear
**For shipping this chair will come as shown in the last photo.
Four screws have been removed (shown in photos 10 & 11). Two from each side of the backrest posts. Backrest can be easily assembled by positioning and installing the four screws.
5/32 allen wrench for the screws and a wrench for the nut on the opposite side are needed (Not Included)
