    Mosser Glass Grey Marble Butter Tub Hobnail Fenton Mould Smoke
    Now this is a lovely but useful item — a butter dish in Mosser’s stylish “Marble”, a grey or smoke color perfect for modern decor, in the historic Hobnail pattern, which Mosser refers to a “Gigi".  A perfect neutral for your kitchen.  Handmade, right here in the USA.  If you recognize the shape, it’s because this Grey marble butter tub was made from a historic Fenton Art Glass Hobnail mould, which Mosser Glass acquired from the Fenton company when it liquidated its mould holdings in 2017.  The hobnail moulds live again at Mosser — and the color is great, with subtile variations in hue because of the differences in the temperature of the glass when made.  The effect is almost slag-like.
    The butter dish measures about 4.5 inches long and 4.25 inches tall (with the lid).
    This is in new, factory condition. No chips or cracks.
