*NEW* This is a (paper) pattern for "Water Horse" by Susan Barmore. This lovely sea creature is 16" long and has webbed hands. You'll use craft plaster wrap for her tail and paint it so it has a crustaceous texture, strips of silk and stiffened laces will form her costume. Beads and shells are added to complete her embellishments.
