Barbour S.P. Co International Silver Victorian Repousse Small Basket EUC

Here we have a very elegant silver plate over either brass or copper Victorian Repousse Basket.
This is marked on the bottom, Barbour S.P. Co. International Silver. # 3153.
It measures 4 3/4" long; 3 1/2" high; 3" wide. The handle is 3" high.
This has exquisite hammer work all over. There's a man & woman face, flowers etc.
On the handle is the face of a woman and flowers.
