This listing is for a lovely Victorian Period silver plate table plateau with wide border embossed with flowers around the lower edge. The top has an inset beveled and notch-cut mirror with a heavy black cardboard backing on underside. The plateau is marked with the trademark stamp of the Queen City Silver Co.,Inc. in business in Cincinnati OH from 1888-1949.
Measures 1 1/2" high, 10 3/4" in diameter (at bottom edge) and 8 1/2" in diameter (at bezel around mirror). Weighs just over 2 pounds.
This nice plateau is in very good to excellent Estate condition with minor signs of normal wear to the silver plate body and faint shadowing and minor scratches on the mirror. Overall, this plateau has a very pretty appearance reflecting only normal signs of wear.
