1. The medal "30 years of independence Ukraine" - a non-governmental nationwide award with special status, established to promote civic awareness.
2. Medal launched to reward for patriotism, civic participation and to mark the 30th anniversary of statehood Ukraine.
3. Medal may be awarded:
- citizen of Ukraine;
- Citizens of other states;
- Stateless.
4. The medal is worn on the left side of the chest after the state awards of Ukraine, National Awards and other countries department encouraging decorations of Ukraine.
The medal and document are in  new condition
